The Cairo Plastics and Rubber Exhibition (PLASTEX) stands as North Africa's largest and most influential plastics and rubber trade fair. Established in 1993, it is organised by African exhibition organiser ACG-ITF with strong backing from the local plastics industry association. PLASTEX stands as Egypt's foremost exhibition for plastics and rubber machinery and equipment, serving as a specialised trade fair targeting markets across the Middle East, Arab nations, North Africa, and South Africa.

The Cairo Plastics and Rubber Exhibition (PLASTEX) will feature over 500 exhibiting companies from more than 50 countries. Covering 20,000 square metres, it remains committed to showcasing comprehensive and sustainable products for the Middle East and North Africa markets, including machinery, semi-finished goods, plastic products, packaging solutions, components, artificial intelligence and robotics, automation, and intelligent services.

The exhibition will feature four dedicated zones: Packaging, Recycling, Rubber, and Industry 4.0. These specialised areas will explore emerging product trends, pioneering solutions, and focus on next-generation plastics and rubber solutions for the region. These features will highlight diverse facets of this evolving industry.
