Exhibition background and status

Vietnam Plas is the largest, international, professional and tradable plastics and rubber industry exhibition in Vietnam.

The exhibition, which has been successfully held for several sessions, is seen as the best route to enter the Vietnamese market and the most beneficial way to promote products, services and machinery internationally.

It has been strongly supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam, the Vietnam Rubber and Plastic Production Association, the Vietnam State Investment Development Agency, the Vietnam Printing Association and other institutions.

Market advantage

Vietnam's plastics industry has a promising future and is expected to require about $2 billion in equipment investment.

Vietnam's economy is developing rapidly, undertaking a large part of the relocation of manufacturing, and the demand for plastics and rubber is growing. 

With about 2,000 enterprises in Vietnam's plastics industry, 83% of which are located in Ho Chi Minh City, plastic products have a huge competitive advantage in packaging, household products, construction and engineering plastics.
