This production line is a new PVC pipe extrusion line developed by our company with European advanced technology. It is suitable for high speed extrusion of UPVC water pipe and CPVC cable protective pipe. The production line has beautiful appearance, high degree of automation and it’s product is stable and reliable.

Application:

The production line is mainly used to produce chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes (QB/T2479-2000) for buried high voltage power cable. It can also produce UPVC pipe (GB/T10002.1-2006) for water supply and hard polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) for buried non-pressure sewage and drainage (UPVC) pipe (GB/T20221.1-2006), UPVC pipe (GB/T13664.1-2006) for low-pressure transportation irrigation, UPVC pipe (GB/T5836.1-2006) for building drainage, cold and hot water Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipe (GB/T18993.2-2003), industrial chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipe (GB/T18998.2-2003)
