Product introduction：

This production line is a new high speed energy saving pipe extrusion line developed by our company with European advanced technology. It is suitable for high speed extrusion of PP-R, PE-RT and PB pipe. Compared with the ordinary production line, its energy-saving effect reaches about 55%, the production efficiency increases more than 1 times. It not only saves the space and labor cost, but also improves the efficiency. The production line has beautiful appearance, high degree of automation and it’s product quality is stable and reliable.

Application:

The production line is mainly used to produce polypropylene cold and hot water pipe (GB/T18742.2-2002). Heat resistant polyethylene cold and hot water pipe (GB/ T28799.2-2012) and polybutene cold and hot water pipe (GB/T19473.2-2004) can be produced by replacing or adding some parts of the unit. Specially designed screw is more suitable for high speed and stable production of PP-R, PE-RT and PB pipes.
